    This was a very tasty soup and easy to make. I pureed mine with an immersion blender and it was even easier and faster to get on the table. I liked the texture very much, not too heavy at all. I also served mine with a little parmesan and green onion on top. It goes great with a baguette or some hearty crackers. I'll make it again for sure!

    Cream of Cauliflower Soup,This soup is very good and fast and easy. Its great on a cool winter evening.,This was a very tasty soup and easy to make.     In a Big Stock Pot Add Cauliflower,Celery,Onion, Salt and Pepper.

    Cook Until Tender,About 1 Hour.

    Cool,Then Put Thru a Blender.
