    Cook Potatoes Till Fork Tender in a Stock Pot Just Covering the Potatoes in Water.

    Cut Velveeta Into 1" Cubes.

    Saute Onions in 1 1/2 Sticks of Butter.

    With an Electric Mixer Beat Cooked Potatoes.
