Blender Caesar Salad Dressing,This is so easy and good. I got this recipe years ago from a magazine. I want to say it was Sunset, but not sure now. If you like Caesar salad, this is quick to make and tastes great.,NO anchovies in ingredients? This is not a caesar dressing.,I make this dressing all the time and often leave out the dry mustard and Tabasco. I usually use one clove of garlic so it’s not too powerful. If the dressing tastes a bit too lemony, I add about a quarter cup more cheese and perhaps that much olive oil. I make a salad with sliced romaine lettuce, one or two thinly sliced mushrooms, and enough dressing to just lightly coat the lettuce. Everything’s tossed in a bowl and croutons are put on top with some shredded parmesan. I’ve had very few restaurant dressings that are as good as this one. Thanks to whoever posted this recipe. It’s one of the most important things on my iPad!
