Canadian Firefighter’s Meatloaf,It is said that Canadian firefighters particularly enjoy the Dijon mustard and salsa in this meatloaf!,This was just great! I am low carbing so I cut back to 1 slice of bread and added an extra egg. I also used dehydrated onions because I was in a hurry. After letting it stand for 20 minutes it sliced very nicely and held together just fine! Thanks Sydney Mike…from Toronto Vi!,This is the best meat loaf recipe we’ve eaten. A few changes due to availability. Mince was around 680gm, sauce topper was ketchup, salsa was replaced with 200gm hot taco sauce and I added two eggs (due to the reduced meat amount). YUM! Served with mash and corn cobs. Thanks Sydney Mike.
