    Succulent Prawns for the Barbie, I love prawns. This is one of the yummiest prawn dishes that I have had. It combines two fantastic cooking elements, prawns and the BBQ. I think they go hand in hand., Let it be known: NO Aussies throw “shrimps on barbies”! That’s an ad …., Excellent recipe, Ben. I skipped the butter and cut back o n the oil. Still had wonderful flavor and will be a definite repeat here next time we can get ahold of those special large prawns.

    Combine Butter, Oil, Herbs, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Shallots, Salt and Pepper in a Mixing Bowl.
