Weight Watchers Au Gratin Potatoes 3 Pts (Low-Fat),If you are not on the WW program you might want to adjust amounts to taste, for Weight Watchers this dish is 8 servings/3 points each :),Loved this recipe! I made it for Easter dinner and everyone devoured it. They were later pleasantly surprised that it was a “skinny” version. my only question is…the recipe calls for one cup of low fat cheese…are you saying 1 cup by volume or 1 cup by weight, as in 8 0z….used 5 oz, grated it on the smallest shred size on my box grater and had tons of cheese! just wanted to make sure I wasnt’ overdoing it!,My husband agreed to give it a try in place of packaged version and LOVED it. used red potatoes and found it runny at first but not after baking. used a blend of low-fat mozzarella and cheddar. I think the sauted onions were perfect and added flavor. Next time I will layer the potatoes in the baking dish and pour the sauce over it for more firm potatoes but it was superb!
