Mouthwatering Chicken Meatloaf Recipe

    This does not serve 8, ha ha. Other than that, it was great! I didn't read the reviews before I made it myself, but I did saut the onions and garlic beforehand. I shredded the carrot and just tossed it with the onions and garlic. I didn't use the blender or food processor. used Panko bread crumbs and the whole egg, not just the whites. I didn't have celery seed but used celery salt instead of regular salt. We all felt it needed some kind of a gravy or sauce. It was a little dry so less cooking time is necessary. It's chicken, not beef, so it does have a tendency to dry out if you're not careful. Some fresh herbs might spark this up a bit!
