Irish Beef Stew, This is my adopted recipe, I haven’t made it yet., I can not believe I haven’t reviewed this yet. I have made this several times and each and every time its fantastic. use turnips, parsnips, carrots, potatoes and have used sweet potato in it before. No matter what the combo its lovely. My husband thanks you for this recipe. For myself this is the recipe that has gotten me to actually enjoy stew., Made this stew …..minus the guiness and turnips and it’s a delicious, filling meal!! I made it for St. Patrick’s Day along with Impossible Beer Bread. Great for dipping in the yummy gravy!!
