In a Medium Saucepan, Combine the Carrots and Garlic. Add Water to Cover by 1 - 2 Inches. |

Bring to a Simmer and Cook Until Tender, About 5 Minutes. Using a Slotted Spoon, Transfer the Carrots to a Bowl. |
