No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Pie,This recipe is from Grandma B. I am especially amused when I take it to a pot luck and people think I bought it because I can top it with the neat cover the ready-made crust comes with! Very easy! Be sure to chill well for a firm cheesecake.,From the phot, it looks as though this was made in a deep dish pie pan (maybe a spring form pan) but the instructions make it sound like a regular size graham cracker pie crust was used. Which is it?,I have a similar recipe that I make..I put a can of sweetened condensed milk with the other ingredients except sugar..mix well then add 1/3 cup of lemon juice and mix..put in pie crust then add your topping. .sometimes use blueberry. .then refrigerate. .Very delicious
