Healthier Than Kfc’s Cole Slaw, This is a much healthier version than the KFC clone by Todd Wilbur, and still TASTES GREAT! I changed ingredients to make it more approachable on a low cal, low carb or diabetic diet It’s perfect for me! I thought I had posted this before but had not, so I am really happy I saved it! I don’t want to lose this recipe!!! Cook time is time to chill, so prep is really quick Make it early in the day and it will be ready for afternoon picnics and barbecues , Yum! used regular sugar and scaled the recipe down used soy milk with lemon juice instead of buttermilk I also made my own coleslaw mix using green cabbage, celery, carrots and radishes Much enjoyed!
