1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths
2 large thin-skinned potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
3 medium carrots, peeled and cut on the diagonal into 3/4-inch pieces
2 large onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 stalks celery, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 large red bell peppers or 2 large yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
1 medium eggplant, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 small zucchini, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
