    Creamy Peanut Butter Frosting, This was so easy to make and tastes delicious I was also able to use some with some red food coloring to decorate the cake I have had it written on a piece of paper for a long time don’t know where I got it, but I needed to make a cake today and remembered this This makes enough to frost and fill a two layer 9 inch cake, or frost a sheet cake , Did you use salted or unsalted butter?, This is perfect the way it is for 2 layer cakes When I made it for brownies and cupcakes I increased the peanut butter by 1/4 of a cup and reduce the powdered sugar by one cup to cut the sweetness I bit since the ratio of icing to take Etc is higher It was a big hit with the adults as well as the kids Also sprinkled M&Ms or Reese’s Pieces on them for Easter treats
