Cheesy Chicken Dip, I made this for my boyfriend’s mother, and she went BANANAS! She’s asked me to make it for her four times since her first taste , I tried it and this was very good I took it to a small gathering and everyone loved it! It’s best if you keep it heated as it’s hard to scoop if it cools I bought avocado tortilla chips from Trader Joe’s to go with it and it was a real hit! I’m going to use the left over dip as a spread on corn tortillas and add some taco seasoned ground turkey as a filling Thanks for posting!, I made this for my boyfriend’s mother, and she went BANANAS! She’s asked me to make it for her four times since her first taste

    Steps

    1
    Done

Place Frozen (or Thawed) Chicken Breasts in Crock Pot With the Garlic and Rotel Tomatoes. Cook Until Chicken Is Fully Cooked and Can Be Shredded Easily (mine Took About 3 Hours on High).

    2
    Done

Shred Chicken While It's Still in Crock Pot.

    3
    Done

Add All Other Ingredients to the Chicken/Tomato Mixture (leave All Juices That Were Created) and Continue to Cook on Low Until the Dip Is Hot and Creamy! I Let Mine Sit in the Crock Pot on Low For About an Hour and Then Switched It to Warm Until We Were Ready to Eat.
