Cheesy Jalapeno Corn Casserole (Slow Cooker), A yummy, easy and cheesy corn casserole served with a little heat! I typically add one whole large jalapeno, because I like it warmer!, Can this same recipe be baked in the oven instead of a slow cooker? If it can, what temp would be recommended?, I know it isn’t totally fair if I rate without following the directions to a tee But, I did this without the jalapeno I also only added what I had left in cheddar cheese, which wasn’t much But, I was unsure about cheddar cheese with corn Sounds weird but maybe that’s where I went wrong It came out ok I liked that you can do this in a crock pot but it was vary bland Probably my fault lol I have a recipe for a corn casserole and it calls for Jiffy mix and it is much more tasty Again, not the recipe maker’s fault Anyway, that’s my experience on this ugh I suck
