Best Mexican Cheese Corn Dip Ever,This corn dip has been a really big hit for me. Its easy to make and everyone will ask you for the recipe when you take it to parties or have one of you own. I can’t ever escape a party without someone stopping me and asking how to make that “awesome” corn dish. Great for a Picnic too!!,We made this today and I have to say the original recipe is so good!! To add some flavor, we added a jar of drained candied jalapenos we made this summer. OFF THE CHARTS GOOD!!! Amazing good ??,Took out the cheddar and used Mexican Queso Fresca instead to make it more like the elotes that it is supposed to mimic. Added a couple of shots of jalapeno hot sauce to spice it up a bit.
