Unfried Chinese Rice, I love Chinese rice and this is sooooo goood without all the oil , I’ve made this countless times, with different additions (tonight was leftover pork loin) and it always comes out delicious Everyone in the family loves it and I love that it comes together so easily and makes great leftovers!, I actually steamed everything together in the rice cooker except for the scrambled eggs, which I added at the end, and it turned out great! Very neat idea for rice!
