Silky Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie, A pie made with tofu! Though I’ve made this twice already, no one in my family has guessed there’s tofu in it and everyone loves it , Ive made this many times but with one tweak, I dont add any sugar Its plenty sweet just with the chocolate chips I like to chop Tamari almonds from Costco up and sprinkle them over the pie The contrast of the salty crunch with the sweet creamy filling is lovely , used a chocolate crust(Oreo) It is super rich and creamy, my only criticism is it needs a little pinch of salt
