    Soak the Moong Dal For 2-3 Hours.

    Now Remove All the Water and Grind the Daal Without Adding Water.

    Now Fry the Continuous Lentils. It Takes About 20 Minutes to Roast It.

    Now Remove the Lentils in a Plate and Keep It Slightly or Put It in a Steel Strainer. All the Oil Will Get Out of It.
