Herbed Grilled Catfish

    This was delicious and easy enough for a person with almost no grilling experience to do. I have a rectangular grilling tray for veggies and fish but have never used it till now. Worked beautifully! I left out the red pepper because my DH doesn't like it. Used smoked paprika along with the other ingredients. Fantastic flavor and appearance. Also zero points on Weight Watchers!!!

    Combine First 7 Ingredients and Sprinkle Evenly on Both Sides of the Fish. Place in a Grill Basket Coated With Cooking Spray.

    Grill Fillets Over Medium-High Heat About 4 Minutes on Each Side or Until Fish Flakes Easily.

    Garnish With Fresh Oregano and Thyme Sprigs If Desired.
