Garlic Mushrooms, used this recipe at a barbeque party I hosted at my home and it was good So thought of sharing it Got the recipe from the Gulf News Cookery Book Volume No 6 Cook time is approximate , this combines 2 of my favorite things mushrooms and garlic, i made this with fays fried meat and we had a wonderful dinner, An excellent partner for BBQ’d steak! I marinated the mushrooms & onions in the basting mixture for about 2 hours – they took on a delicios garlic flavour I didn’t include the tomatoes – they’re very expensive (and poor quality) at this time of the year; however, I will include them when our fresh from the garden grape tomatoes are available Thanx Fay!
