Garlic Potato Tapas, This is a very different Tapa – it is almost like a potato salad – You’ll like the flavor and it is great to serve along with other tapas Serve 1/2 cup in small individual bowls It is fun to have a tapa night when you are entertaining There are lots of Tapas recipes here on Recipezaar This recipe originated in Kraft’s What’s Cooking magazine, cool Jesus Loves You!!! :), I pulled out my kitchen scale and measured out 3 lbs of potatoes and chopped and boiled them When they were cool I added the dressing (which was lovely on its own) but felt that it was way too dry for us so I made another 1/2 of the dressing and added it and let it sit in the fridge to meld Unfortunately we found that it still had way too little dressing for our taste It was a little dry, but mostly it had almost no taste I am going to make another full amount of dressing and add it to allow the level of dressing we like This was a great one to try I love the idea of the garlic and the dressing itself was lovely We just need more sauce I also think that I would halve it next time if I was simply making it for my family 3 lbs of potatoes made enough for 12-14 servings for us Thanks for a great one to try, Bergy
