Pineapple Ham With Avocado

Features:
    Cuisine:

I loved the blend of avocado with pineapple. The ham was very delicious. Unfortunately, the pineapple and cloves were a little overpowering and I could barely taste the ham under all that spice and sweetness. I think next time, I'll blend the pineapple up and make a reduction instead. Very nice, though. Easy to put together and satisfying. I will definitely make it again.
