      Toss the Seeds, Oil, Sugar and Cinnamon Together in a Bowl Until the Seeds Are Well Coated.

      Spread the Seeds Out in One Layer on the Baking Sheet.

      Bake 10 Minutes, Then Stir and Bake a Further 20 Minutes.
