I am not sure how to rate this one, so I am skipping stars and just adding a review. I had a lot of trouble with the dough; the first time I mixed it up using equal parts white wheat and whole wheat flour the dough was so wet I couldn't work with it. I decided I must have measured in error and tried again using all whole wheat flour and...the same thing. This time I just added as much flour as it took to be able to even touch the dough, but even then kneading wasn't going to happen. Given that other reviewers haven't had this problem I still suspect user error! The end product (after much cursing in the attempt to shape the dough LOL) was yummy, though, and my kids especially enjoyed them. I brushed the tops with butter after they came off the griddle to replicate my favorite Indian restaurant and they were quite tasty served with chana masala. I will definitely try again in the future. Thanks for posting, Nif. Made for ZWT 8: The Wild Bunch.

Chapatis (Indian or Kenyan Wholewheat Flatbread),This is a recipe by Guy Fieri that I saw on Guy’s Big Bite. Easy and tasty – a really good recipe. The cooking time is for only one batch of griddling because it depends on how big your griddle is. Each flatbread counts as 1 WW point. Enjoy!,I am not sure how to rate this one, so I am skipping stars and just adding a review. I put hummus in it and we also tried some different toppings like chicken salad. Not completely traditional but very good! Made for ZWT7 and Vegetarian Challenge.
