Italian-Inspired Crescent Roll Casserole with a Zesty Twist

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was OK, as written it wouldn't have enough flavor. I made as directed with the exception of using pizza sauce and adding pepperoni. I presented it to my kids as "upside down pizza". I added garlic powder and oregano to the topping melted the butter before brushing on top and a lot of seasoning to both the meat and the cheese. It was good, but not over the top amazing that I would anticipate based on the reviews. It is a quick meal when you only have a few things on hand, but they were not ready for a repeat. Thanks for sharing, it's always a challenge finding a recipe that everyone, including the kids enjoy!
