This was great, we absolutely loved it! I modified the recipe a little to use the stuff I had on hand. used Lipton onion soup mix instead of the onions and celery, used half a package of chili seasoning instead of spaghetti sauce mix (and give it some spice), and I added a tablespoon of honey. The smell was fantastic as it cooked throughout the day, and the end result was so yummy! We are looking forward to the leftovers!
