red onion dip/relish, Got this from a friend and it was a big hit on newyears eve!! I don’t like onions much, but can eat this all by myself if left unchecked!, This was so good and even better the next day once it had a chance to sit. I served it with garlic herb toasts and was delicious. A great addition to any wine and cheese night or even a charcuterie board!
