After The Gold Rush

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is a wonderful salad, Uncle Miller. I made it for dinner last night. Since I didn't have any of the vinegar on hand, used some fresh lemon juice instead which worked very well. Also, since my Mom has been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, we have cut down on salt{for her blood pressure} and sugar. Hence, I omitted the brown sugar completely. I did not use any jalapeno pepper also in this. It was a very good salad and one my parents and I enjoyed alot. We will miss you alot, Uncle Miller. Your fond memories will stay very close to our hearts.

With many heartfelt good wishes for you,
    Charishma
