Soft Taco Casserole, This is a delicious taco recipe! We LOVE these! Definitely not a finger food – they’re messy – and you’ll need to dish them out, then eat with utensils! ENJOY!, I did like the insides but this dish really was really just another enchilada recipe Would have enjoyed it more with red enchilada sauce on it , Easy, delicious what more could you ask for! However I just had to laugh when I was mixing up the filling I thought it looked pretty yucky (lol) but what a great mixture of ingredients! The only change I made was to use cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom Personal prefrence We are all stuffed, so thank you!
