Beef & Noodle Casserole, This comforting casserole recipe came from my Great Aunt, and has been a favorite in my family for years I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!, I followed the recipe except that used only one can of tomato soup and two cans of mushroom, added 1/4 cup of milk and mixed 1 cup of cheese in and then topped with another 1/2 cup I wanted it to have a more creamy base than tomato I thought it was really good Easy comfort food All my husband could say was Mmmmm Thanks!, Yum! I made this for the Comfort Food Cookathon, and it is a really good comfort food on a rainy cold weekend Thanks for the recipe!
