Anti Pasto Appetizers

Features:
  • Gluten Free
Cuisine:

This was a huge hit at my dragon boat teams 1st Annual Bocci Tournament. I made about 40 large skewers, used first a pepperoni to hold things up; Mozza and provalone cheeses; black olives and green garlic stuffed olives; 2 Italian salamis; 3 tortellini red white and green on each skewer. I capped mine off with a tomato. Many took 3rds so I know they were good, a little line up had formed at the table. Momma Mia it was good. The Jolly Dragons were happy!
