Weight Watchers Chicken and Cheese Casserole, This recipe came from a card that was handed out with my weekly Weight Watchers materials. It’s comfort food for 6 points per serving. Note: substitute turkey for chicken if desired., Used 2 cups macaroni, 2 cups chicken, 8 oz cheese, 1 1/5 cups milk, 1 1/5 cups cream of mushroom and it came out perfectly! I would recommend adding salt to the casserole though., I can’t stand when directions are not explicit. Cooked chicken or raw chicken? What size casserole dish? Also what size servings is this for?
