Directions
Cabbage and Potato Soup, I got this recipe from a friend who found it in the Canadian Living magazine. It is my “special soup” that I serve on special occasions and to guests . Everyone loves it., I love this soup!! I needed to use up some potatoes and cabbage. The caraway is what makes it extra special IMHO. used only 1/2 cup of half and half as that is all I had and wanted to watch the calories. Also used a large onion instead of leeks as that is what I also had. Cooked in an Instant Pot for 8 minutes., This is soup-recipe gold folks. I don’t know where it originates from, but it’s obvious it’s been perfected over time. I’ll be filing this into my “all-time favourites” thank you very much!

In a Large Saucepan, Heat Broth Over Medium Heat. |
