Cauliflower Kugel,This is so easy to make and a healthy lo carb option as a side dish for a meal.,I eat low carb, so I’m not concerned about fat or calories in this dish. This was a great way to fix cauliflower and the recipe is very versatile. I made it as written, and loved it. Ate half the dish. Next time I will add cheese and bacon to it, or curry powder, or taco seasonings… endless ideas to put into this. The original flavor is mild so it’s a great base to add other stuff to. This would also be good on toast.,I made half of the recipe. I forgot to grease my dish, big mistake on my part! This was a nice and different way to have cauliflower. I enjoyed it and will no doubt make it again since I am low carb-ing it.
