Christmas Breakfast Bacon Casserole, I like to make this on Christmas morning or any morning! Prep time does not include chilling overnight , It was fine, but not wow Way too much milk for only 6 eggs That is a 1/2 cup per egg and took forever to set up If I make it again I will cut the milk down or add more eggs , It was certainly edible It lacked in taste to me My family expects more as I cooked for a living for 15 yrs That aside they know when something tastes good Decided to try this because of the comments and 5 stars Change the cheese to another with more taste Asiago, Swiss, or a ripened white cheddar Add chives Anything you like to up the taste Ill make it again my way
