Fresh Summer Blueberry Cobbler

Features:
    Cuisine:

Made this multiple times. Quick, easy, and delicious with/without vanilla ice cream. I love blueberries and vanilla (1/2 the vanilla goes in the batter) so I double both amounts. Rather than sprinkling the remaining sugar and the other half the vanilla on top, I toss the blueberries with both very gently, then pour them into the baking pan and press them down very gently into the mixture by hand without fully covering them with batter. Should be enjoyed by all.
