Ultimate Homemade Pizza Crust Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

Overall, not bad. Definitely easy to make. I mixed the ingredients with the dough hook on my stand mixer, let it knead for about 7 minutes. used a bit less flour than the recipe called for, but its winter and pretty dry. I did add a bit of extra salt - and might add even more next time. It wasn't the most flavorful crust (but, again, wasn't bad). I made two smallish pizzas - would probably multiply the recipe by 1.5-2 next time to get more medium to large size pizzas. I baked for 10-12 minutes at 500 on a pre-heated cast iron pizza pan. I think a preheated pan or stone is key to a crispy crust. The dough was easy to work with and the crust had a pretty nice texture.
