    Snickers Bar Cookies,I found this recipe in the Pillsbury’s Cookie Book. They’re great! If you’re looking for a cookie this cookie is huge and is just about a meal in itself.,This is a great recipe. I made them just like the recipe called with the exception of smaller cookies and used regular Snickers bars cut in 8 equal parts for the 2 inch scoop and 16 equal parts for the 1 inch scoop. Super easy if you use a scoop and just fill scoop with dough then press Snicker pieces into the dough, empty in hand and roll in a ball. I had my husband test them before taking them to a Chamber meeting. He ate 5 before he quit. This will take the place of chocolate chip cookies now to take to meetings.

    In Large Bowl, Combine Sugars, Butter, Peanut Butter, Vanilla and Eggs.

    Beat Well.

    Add Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Salt.

    Shape About 1/4 Cup of Dough Smoothly Around Candy Bar Making Sure Bar Is Completely Covered.

    Place 4 Inches Apart on Ungreased Cookie Sheet.

    Bake at 375f For 13-14 Minutes or Until Light Golden Brown and Puffy.

    Cool 10 Minutes and Remove from Cookie Sheets.

    Makes 20 Huge Cookies.
