Apricot-Chicken Pot Stickers

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is a different take on pot stickers. It starts out with store bought wonton wrappers, add finely chopped chicken, shredded cabbage (packaged cole slaw would save time) and apricot preserves and voila...Apricot-Chicken Pot Stickers. I found this recipe in Favorite Brand Name Appetizers. I haven't had a chance to try this recipe yet, but wanted to keep it on hand.
