Directions
Creamy Seafood Casserole, Rich and flavorful with shrimp and scallops Served with rice This dish will wow your guests when you entertain From Southern Living , Very delicious – nice creamy seafood recipe without having to use heavy cream like most recipes Filling but not too rich used fresh mushrooms sauted with onion and a few cloves of crushed garlic Also added fresh haddock (uncooked) to the mix – it added some texture and flavor to the sauce I didn’t have almonds but am looking forward to adding it to the topping next time Wonderful recipe – thanks!, Although SueL is a superb cook and SL is my favorite magazine, this one just did not work well for me A lot of work and a lot of $$ for a very so-so dish
