Awesome Cajun Chicken Wings, If you like spicy wings, you HAVE to give these a try My husband and I have been making these for years and never has there been any left We like to grill them and serve w/ celery and blue cheese My kids even gobble these down!, Made this for the fam today for lunch Everybody loved it! I made the sauce/marinade last night and marinated the wings overnight I honestly think you could skip the marinating time and go ahead and cook as the sauce didn’t really seem to go too deep into the wings I baked for 45 minutes at 350 on a wire rack but it did not yield crispy wings I will have to try baking at a higher temperature next time or maybe broil the last few minutes I also used this recipe for about 4 pounds I cut down on the cayenne as other people did but I felt like they were not spicy enough so next time I’ll be adding the full amount These wings are so flavorful! I knew it was going to be a winner the moment I looked at the number of spices in the sauce , These were some of the best wings I’ve made, a few notes to myself for next time since there WILL be a next time: bake @ 375 for 45 mins, flipping halfway Broil a couple minutes at the end Used smoked paprika Used almost the full amount of cayenne, nice and fiery but might cut it back a smidgen for me although no one complained in this house! Didn’t marinate at all, still turned out fantastic Thank you for posting this!!
