Jalapeno Cheese Grits,My husband’s favorite. We eat this with just about everything, in place of mashed potatoes.,Not long ago I had lunch at a new (to me) seafood restaurant was looking for a side other than fries. I noticed the bacon jalapeo cheese grits on menu and decided to give them a try. WOW!! They were awesome good! Going to try this recipe and add crispy bacon and see how it compares. Hope its a match. Bring Water and Salt to Rapid Boil. |

Add Grits, Reduce Heat, and Cook Until Grits Are Thickened, About 3-4 Minutes. |
