Bacon Apricot Appetizers

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made these for this year's Christmas party. They went fast. Just make sure you use plum jam not preserves. I couldn't find plum jam and thought the preserves should work--right? Well, it tasted great, but was way too thick. Had to go back out shopping and get the right stuff.

Bacon-Apricot Appetizers, Very tasty tidbit! Easy to do no fail recipe Enjoy, I made these for this year’s Christmas party They went fast Just make sure you use plum jam not preserves I couldn’t find plum jam and thought the preserves should work–right? Well, it tasted great, but was way too thick Had to go back out shopping and get the right stuff , I wanted something different and easy for a church potluck (finger food) and this met my criteria This was a huge hit! The only thing I did a little differently was I stuck them under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp the bacon Excellent! A real keeper!
