Pizza Style Meatloaf, I got this recipe out of HomeBasic book. It’s a good carb recipe. Made it tonight for supper and hubby said to make it anytime. used regular sauce as that’s all I had on hand., Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper., I think this is my new favorite meatloaf recipe! used a tomato basil pasta sauce and loved the basil flavor coming through. Make sure you do add enough salt and pepper to keep the meatloaf from being bland. I added 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

Preheat Oven to 350f. |

in a Large Bowl Combine Ground Beef, 1 Cup Sauce, 1/2 Cup Green Peppers, 1/2 Cup Oats, 1/2 Cup Cheese, Eggs, Salt and Pepper. |

Top With 1/2 Cup Sauce. |
