Carrots (Old Family Recipe),Ever eat carrots that melt in your mouth? These do (or it just seems like it). My grandmother and my great aunt both made these. The thinner the slices the better (in my opinion) Buy them pre-sliced or use your food processor (with practice),These carrots were wonderful, beautifully cooked, tender, buttery, sweet, salty and full of flavor. Love the addition of the sweet onion in the mix. Thank you for sharing a new family favorite. We enjoyed the carrots prepared this way very much. Made for Name That Ingredient Tag Game.
