Hot Cheese and Bacon Dip, Melted cheese with bacon and hint of spice Super easy to make and will be gobbled up!, So I was a little leary of making this after the last review, but it actually turned out delicious! I followed the instructions exactly (except for a tad bit more milk to make the dip a little thinner) and it was great! I served as an appetizer at a family get together and it was gone before dinner was ready! PS – the cheese used was also Kroger brand as the instructions say to use It was a little hard for me to find at my local Kroger store though , I have never had queso blanco before so decided to try this for my Christmas appetizer menu Mine didn’t seem to melt to a smooth consistency, nor did it have much oomph So, I added bottom of the jar red pepper relish, 6 or 7 jalapeno slices-finely chopped, then still had to add about 2 cups of chedder to get any flavor Maybe we just wont be fans of queso blanco Thanks anyway!
