Allow Cream Cheese to Come to Room Temperature.

Cream Together Mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano Cheese, Garlic, Basil, and Garlic Salt. Mix Well.

Spray Pie Pan With Pam, Pour in Dip, and Top With Mozarella Cheese.
