Sugared Cinnamon Almonds,Just like you find at the mall. A dear friend made these for me at Christmas last year.,I made a half of a recipe to give it a try. used roasted, unsealed almonds that I found at my local grocer. After reading some of the reviews I opted to not add all of the sugar ( I will next time) and I think that I got the egg whites too stiff. I thought it would make it better, wrong! So I do recommend this recipe, and I will make it again before next week is over I think. I will be making the modifications I noted above.. My take home message, they were good on their way to Great!,Great, delicious and the aroma is fantastic! used 9 c of almonds but doubled the ingredients and they came out so wonderful. used them in my goodie trays this year. Thank you for a winner!
