2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 cups tomato sauce or 2 cups ketchup
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons curry powder
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar (used apple cider vinegar)
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce or 2 teaspoons soy sauce
salt & pepper, to taste

Saute Chicken in Hot Oil Until Golden Brown; Remove from Pan and Drain.

Pour Off Oil from Pan and Add Rest of the Ingredients, Stirring Until Pan Brownings Are Disolved.
